Nothing is collected. The pages are static files. Fonts, scripts and images all come from vinton.land, including the shop photos, which are copied here when the site is built. No other company learns you were here. The host keeps normal server logs, including IP addresses, to run the site and stop abuse.

The contact form

The form sends your name, email address and message.

• Netlify, the site's host, stores it and emails it on so it can be answered.
• Your email address joins the Vintonland mailing list. That list lives in Shopify, which runs the shop. Every mailing has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops the mail and leaves your message alone.

The shop

Browsing the shop contacts nobody. Shopify is reached the moment you add something to a cart. After that it handles the cart, the checkout and the payment under its own privacy policy. This site never sees a card number. Buying a product means giving Shopify the delivery and payment details it needs.

Storage in your browser

This site sets no cookies. Three values may be saved in your browser. None of them leaves your device:

• vinton.scheme. The color scheme you picked, so it holds next time.
• vinton.scheme.shared. A color scheme from a shared link, kept until the tab closes.
• vinton.cart.id. Your Shopify cart, saved once you add something and cleared when the cart empties or the order is placed.

Clearing site data removes all three. You lose a color preference and an unfinished cart.

Getting your data removed

Write to hello@vinton.land from the address in question and say what you want gone: the message, the mailing list entry, or both. It will be deleted and you will get a note confirming it. Order records work the same way, though Shopify keeps what it is legally required to keep.
